Bullock Pen Lake, Boone County, Kentucky

MSE conducted a feasibility study to develop alternatives to improve the dam from a Class “A” structure to a class “C” structure.  The hydrologic and hydraulic analyses included DAMS2 analysis and a Dam Breach analysis.  Alternatives have been presented to the State for review.  Presently working on easement acquisition.
