MSE provided the Master Planning, industrial access road design, water and sewer utility design, construction administration and construction inspection for a 600-acre Clearview Commerce Complex.   MSE also provided the grantsmanship for the Community Development Block Grant Application which funded in part the necessary infrastructure to serve the facility.  MSE designed a 1,000,000-gallon elevated water storage tank to meet the company’s required fire flow needs.
