CLEARVIEW COMMERCE COMPLEX, Springfield, Kentucky – MSE provided the Master Planning, industrial access road design, water and sewer utility design, construction administration and construction inspection for a 600-acre Clearview Commerce Complex.  MSE assisted in the recruitment of Akebono Brake Parts to the Complex.  Akebono Corporation (North America), which manufactures friction materials for brakes, invested approximately 77 million dollars in the new plant that stands on 86 acres of land.  MSE also provided the grantsmanship for the Community Development Block Grant Application which funded in part the necessary infrastructure to serve the facility.  MSE designed a 1,000,000-gallon elevated water storage tank to meet the company’s required fire flow needs.
