CORBIN CENTER, City of Corbin, Corbin, Kentucky - The technology center, 20,420-sq. ft., was designed to provide flexible-use spaces to enhance the needs of the community.  The focal point of the facility is the 4,500 sq. ft. multi-purpose room which has a variety of electrical and computer wiring capabilities, 16’ ceilings, an overhead exterior door, and movable wall partitions which divides the space into four separate rooms.  These features allow the room to accommodate functions from small private conferences to large produce exhibits, as well as seats up to 500 people.  From the spacious lobby, the computer lab is visible through a curved glass wall.  This lab will provide internet access to members of the community who may need this resource and can also be used for advanced education and local industrial or corporate training.  Four additional classrooms are available, from 500 to 900 sq. ft., as well as a large private conference room, a catering kitchen, private administrative offices and staff workroom and lounge.
