EASTPARK REGIONAL BUSINESS PARK, Ashland, Kentucky – MSE was responsible for the planning and development, including infrastructure design, of the 1,000-acre regional business park.  For the past five years, MSE has worked as an active member of the EastPark team in planning; acquiring property; developing the property and its support facilities; marketing the property; participating in the construction process; and generally supporting the efforts to make EastPark one of the premier regional business parks in Kentucky.  Additionally, MSE served as project architect for three speculative buildings in the park, one which is now occupied by Cingular Wireless and another by General Sales.  MSE also provided site designs for the Cintas Manufacturing and Ohio Valley Wholesale Distribution facilities in the park.  In addition, MSE was responsible for the site development of the Ashland KCTCS Campus located in the park.
