MSE worked closely with Family Dollar and the Industrial Authority to plan this 1 million sq. ft. building located on approximately 100 acres.  MSE generated several site and cost alternatives to compile the most attractive and viable package to attract the Client.  MSE also worked as site designer for the design/build team.  A fast moving, complex project that moved from start to operation in less than 1 year.  The Family Dollar Distribution Center has created over 500 jobs.  This facility is located in Morehead, Kentucky.
