Kentucky Regional High Growth Training Center, Somerset, Kentucky - The planning and design of a technical training center.  The center will feature a 38,000-sq. ft. training area and a 10,000-sq. ft. office addition.  The facility, once constructed, will provide vocational and technical training for professionals such as linemen and electrical co-opsas well as offer training for private enterprises.
