A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Kentucky Regional High Growth Training Center at the Valley Oak Business and Technology Park located in Pulaski County, Kentucky.  The Honorable Hal Rogers was the featured speaker.  When completed the facility, designed by MSE, will feature a 38,000-sq. ft. training area and a 10,000-sq. ft. office.  The facility will provide training for professionals such as linemen and co-ops.
