MSE worked with the Northeast Kentucky Regional Industrial Park Authority board and the KCTCS in developing a successful funding application for the Technology Center.  MSE prepared preliminary concept drawings, cost estimates and a feasibility study for the EDA funding program.   MSE was responsible for all civil engineering for this 43,700-sq. ft. educational facility. Currently, the 3rd phase expansion is under construction.
