Kentucky Regional High Growth Training Center, Somerset, KY – MSE provided architectural and civil engineering design for a the KY High Growth Training Center which is a utility linemen’s training center.  When complete, the facility will feature a 38,000-sq. ft. training center and a 10,000-sq. ft. office.
