MILLPOND BUSINESS CENTER, Radcliff, Kentucky – This park is located on Highway 313 in Radcliff, North Hardin County, Kentucky.  The park, with rolling topography, has a beautiful entry with a cobblestone bridge and signage.  MSE was responsible for the master planning & infrastructure design.  The infrastructure construction is complete with an entry road with curb & gutter.  With approximately 160-acres, this park is one of the premier designs by MSE.
