SAIC TECHNOLOGY CENTER, Valley Oak Business and Technology Park, Somerset, Kentucky – MSE provided architectural planning and design of a 20,000-sq. ft. facility originally for Northstar Technology, a wireless communications and internet provider.  MSE also provided civil engineering and surveying services.  The building is now occupied by the SAIC Corporation.
