MSE was responsible for the architectural planning and design of a 25,000-sq. ft. textiles manufacturing facility located in Morehead, Kentucky.  The building is a 1 story pre-engineered building with a 22’ eave and loading docks. There is also a 3,400-sq. ft. office in the front.  The office is brick veneer with a 12’ eave.  Site design and parking layout were also provided by MSE.  This is the Australian Company’s first US facility.
