Design of a new 1 mgd. Water treatment plant, water intake and pumping facilities on the Licking River, transmission line and storage facilities.  Project was funded by a large amount of grant funding from EDA, ARC, FmHA and Coal Severance funds.  Grantsmanship services were also provided by MSE.
