The Southeast Kentucky Regional Business Park recently constructed a new 53,750-sq. ft. speculative building. The Southeast Kentucky Regional Authority received a $500,000 low-interest loan from the Southeast Kentucky Economic Development Corporation (SKED) and an $875,000 grant from the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. The Park’s 57,000-sq. ft. speculative building #1 is occupied by the Pepsi Bottling Company. MSE was responsible for the architectural and engineering planning and design of both buildings.
