T. J. PATTERSON INDUSTRIAL PARK, Elizabethtown, Kentucky – MSE prepared the master plan for this 364-acre industrial park.  MSE also assisted with the recruitment of UPS-eLogistics*, which constructed a 400,00 sq. ft. high-tech distribution facility at the park.
