VALLEY OAK COMMERCE COMPLEX, Somerset, Kentucky – MSE was responsible for the development of a Master Plan, infrastructure design, access roads and site design for this 150-acre business park.  Valley Oak is considered one of the most attractive industrial parks in Kentucky.  MSE included several amenities in the park including an entrance into the park with a gazebo, walking paths, horse farm fencing and landscaping.  Also included were an attractive entrance park and directory signs. MSE also prepared grant applications for infrastructure funding at the park.  MSE also designed the fit-up for the park’s 105,000-st. ft. speculative building which is being occupied by the TDE group.
